Perhaps I am faced too much with mortality here. And how my life does not change, even here. Stability used to be a comfort.

Do you wish it changed?

I don't know. What would change, I wonder.

Did you ever think about what it would be like to be young or age?

I have been a juvenile before.

But a real juvenile who needed someone to take care of you, not just a younger version of yourself.

I wasn't a younger version of myself. I was - juvenile flora. Fauna. Elderly, too. All of the life cycles, over and over and over again.

But no.

I have never needed help.

Not nurtured though, that’s my point. You never had…

You’ve never been little needed someone to hold your hand or bandage a cut or tell you that it’s just thunder, everything’s alright.

I never realized it wasn’t something everyone had.

No. But it seems like such a pivotal part of development. I was simply - written.

It makes you feel....

It makes you feel like you do or be anything, because you know someone's there to catch you when you fall.

Do you have that someone now? Or does it sinply go away?
